HR and vendor management for micro, small and medium businesses in India.

These terms apply to all HR services provided by Anurag Bobby People (“we”, “us”) to a business or person (“client”). By engaging us, the client accepts these terms along with the written service agreement for the engagement. If the two conflict, the service agreement applies.

1. Our services

We provide HR and vendor management support such as HR policies and documents, vendor onboarding and follow-up, recruitment support, payroll support, HR audits, performance and training programs, and employee engagement. The exact scope, fees and timelines are set out in a written proposal or service agreement before work starts.

2. What we do not provide

• Legal advice or legal opinions. Clients should consult their own lawyer for legal matters, including disputes and terminations.
• Audit, tax representation, certification or GST return filing.
• Statutory filings such as PF, ESI and TDS, unless expressly agreed in writing and performed by a suitably qualified person.
• Any guarantee about the quality, price or delivery of a vendor, or responsibility for a vendor’s default.

3. Client responsibilities

• For vendor management, the client approves vendors, signs vendor contracts and makes vendor payments from its own accounts, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We coordinate, track and report.
• The client keeps all business and management decisions, including who to hire, promote or terminate.
• The client remains the legal employer and is responsible for approving and paying salaries, statutory dues and taxes from its own accounts.
• The client must give accurate and complete information and documents on time, and must have the right to share the personal data of its employees and candidates with us.
• We rely on information supplied by the client and are not responsible for errors that result from incorrect or late information.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in the written proposal or service agreement and are payable by the due dates stated there. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged extra where required. We may pause work if an invoice remains unpaid after its due date.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client information, including employee and candidate data, as confidential, use it only to deliver the agreed services, and do not disclose it except to staff or partners who need it for the work, where the law requires it, or with the client’s consent. 6. Payments and verification

Pay only against invoices that carry our registered business details. Always verify any person claiming to represent us before authorizing a payment, using the contact details on this website.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business.

8. Termination

Either party may end a monthly engagement by giving written notice as stated in the service agreement. Fees for work already done up to the end date remain payable. Either party may end an engagement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within a reasonable time after written notice.

9. Intellectual property

Documents prepared specifically for the client become the client’s to use for its own business once all fees are paid. We keep our own templates, methods and know-how, and may reuse them for other clients without any client information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to new engagements.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any different arrangement in the written service agreement.

12. Ardhan Bobby^™ group policies

Anurag Bobby People is a part of Ardhan Bobby^™ (Proprietorship). The Terms & Booking Conditions of Ardhan Bobby^™ also apply to clients of Anurag Bobby People, to the extent they are relevant to HR services. If a provision conflicts with these terms or with the written service agreement, the service agreement applies first, then these terms, then the Ardhan Bobby^™ terms.

This policy explains how Anurag Bobby People collects, uses and protects personal data. We follow applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Data we collect

• From people who contact us: name, phone number, email address, business name and the details in their message.
• From clients: business and billing details, vendor and supplier details (such as business names, contact persons, GST and bank details), and employee, candidate and payroll information the client shares so we can deliver HR services. For this data we act on the client’s instructions, and the client is responsible for having the right to share it.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

2. How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
• To deliver and invoice the agreed services.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with staff and partners who need it to deliver the services, with service providers such as email or storage providers acting for us, where the law or a government authority requires it, or with your consent. Anyone we share with must keep the data confidential.

4. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, such as restricted access and secure storage, to protect personal data. We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose, for the engagement, and for legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or return it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent where we rely on it, or raise a complaint, by emailing people@anuragbobby.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are an employee or candidate of one of our clients, please also contact your employer, who decides how your data is used.

6. Group policy

The Privacy Policy of Ardhan Bobby^™ also applies to the extent relevant. Where it conflicts with this policy on the handling of client employee or candidate data, this policy applies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date when we do.

This policy applies to fees paid to Anurag Bobby People for HR services. The written proposal or service agreement for your engagement may set different terms, and those apply if they conflict with this page.

1. One-time projects

Projects such as HR policies, handbooks and audits are usually paid in stages. Fees for work already delivered or started are not refundable. If you cancel before work starts, we refund the amount paid after deducting any costs already incurred for you.

2. Monthly services

Monthly services are billed in advance for the month. You may cancel with written notice as stated in your service agreement. The current month’s fee is not refundable once the month has started, and no further months are charged after the notice period ends.

3. Recruitment support

Where fees are charged per hire, they become payable when the candidate accepts the offer. Any replacement or refund terms for a candidate who leaves early are stated in your proposal.

4. Work not delivered

If we fail to deliver paid work that was agreed in writing, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, we refund the fee for that undelivered work.

5. How to request a refund

Email people@anuragbobby.com with your business name, invoice number and the reason. We review each request and reply within 7 working days. Approved refunds are paid by the same method used for payment, within 15 working days of approval.

6. Taxes

GST and other taxes are refunded only to the extent we can adjust them under the law.
